1. 135 East 57th Street, NYC, NY:  A new speculative 35 story office tower in midtown Manhattan with 2 levels of retail concourse below grade. (Role: designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox)

2. General Re-insurance Corp HQ, Stamford, CT: 566,000sf of corporate office space with employee restaurant, conference rooms, open offices and learning centers. (Role: technical designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox)

3. Procter and Gamble HQ. Cincinnati, OH: An L-shaped addition, with dining facilities, and raised floor offces spaces of approx 900,000sf. Public square with gardens, fountains and planted pergolas over walkways. Auditorium and large lecture room facilities for employees. Const. cost $1B. (Role: designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox)

4. 300 West Monroe Street, Chicago, IL:  Design for a 54 story speculative office tower in downtown. (Role: designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox)

5. Poughkeepsie Center, Poughkeepsie, NY: Design for a 5 story 60,000sf office building in downtown with 3 levels of parking below grade with a terraced roof restaurant on the ground floor. $15MM (Role: Project designer and architect at Perkins Eastman)

6. Grand Central Post Office Tower, NY, NY: Design for a tower above the Post office building, maintaining its stone facade and using complex air-rights formulas granted by the NYC zoning laws to allow for transfer of buildable arease from the existing Post Ofice and Grand Cetnral termina sites. (Role: designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox)

7. 200 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich, CT: Design of a 3 story building with retail space on the ground floor above 3 levels of parking deck facility below grade and a truck loading dock in the back of the site. Constr. cost $15MM (Role: Technical designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox)

8. Lincoln Center, Minneapolis, MN: A 30-story granite and marble clad office building. (Role: technical designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox)

9. Singapore Stock Exchange, Singapore: Competition entry for a mixed-use structure housing the Stock Exhange facilities connected by a retail mall to an office tower. (Role: designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox)

10. 1111 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL:  A twin-tower scheme above 7 levels of parking structure in the Central Business District. It had retail on the ground 2 floors and a palm court between the 2 buildings as a public gathering place. (Role: designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox)

11. Medical office building, Howe Lane: Design of a 10,000sf, 2 story speculative office space for use as a professional medical office building, with requirements for off-street parking. Brick and limestone facade on a steel structure with a central mechanical system was designed to accommodate the client's needs. Est Constr. cost $10MM.
