2. Admin offices, Guggenheim museum, NY, NY: Vault spaces were re-designed to be used for administrative offices, below the sidewalk for the FLW landmark.
3. Userfriendly, NY, NY: A Public computer facility on the second floor with 20 workstations in 2000sf open space with an employee's lounge, a reception area and a president's office. Constr. cost $1MM.
4. Executive offices, Equitable Assurance Building, NY, NY: Top 2 floors of new-Georgian styled executive offices to show Americanism and permanence for the established insurance firm. (Role: designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox)
5. Shea and Gould law offices, NY, NY: Office renovation of 350,000sf of office space for an 800 person law firm in the Exxon building. (Role: staff designer at Perkins Eastman)
6. NatWest Markets, NY, NY: Five floors of renovations to relocate NWM capital markets from 100 Wall Street to 175 Water Street designed by Gensler of NYC. (Role: client's representative to oversee design and construction and manage budget and schedule, including relocation)
7. Procter & Gamble HQ, Cinncinnati, OH: Various interior spaces for a new Headquarters for P & G. (Role: Construction documents at KPF)
8. RJ Reynolds, Winston Salem, NC: Renovation of interior lobby and addition of a handicapped ramp in a historic art-deco building. (at Berg and Forster)
