Wachovia Mail facilites & Parking, Charlotte, NC: New facility designed on a fast-track schedule to look like an office building in keeping with the look of the existing Wachovia complex at the Customer Information Center. The building was designed in the corner of the campus, on a steep and challenging site. The 55,000sf mail processing center with 3 levels of parking for 650 cars above and the ability to expand to accomodate another 300 cars by adding additional levels. Est. constr. cost: $18MM.
