1. AFCEE military base, Kandahar, Afghanistan: Barracks for enlisted personnel, NCO, Sr. officers and visitors, Guard towers, Security building, Dining Hall, Warehouse/storage and Vehicle maintenance building. (Role: Principal-in-charge and project manager at Arcadis).
2. Augusta Utility Dept., Augusta, GA: Master-plan to accommodate the staff adjacent to their existing water treatment plant. 7 separate structures including offices for engineers, administration, finance and support staff, a warehouse, vehicle maintenance facility, wash bay, garage, and lay-down areas for equipment and parking. (Role: Principal-in-charge and project manager at Arcadis).
3. Disaster recovery evaluation and recommendations to the New Orleans District, LA, Army Corps of Engineers HQ: Created a prioritized list of deficiencies, in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and made recommendations to the Colonel for remediation in order to get the facility functional (Role: Senior Architect at Arcadis)
4. NYC Schools renovations: Various upgrades and renovations to the NYC Schools for the School Construction Authority in the following locations:
a) PS-180K: Rehab of building envelope, roof, stair bulkhead and repair of water damaged classrooms.
b) PS-139: Redesign of the school playground.
c) PS-115: Redesign of the drainage system and repaving of the playground.
d) PS-203: Replacement of the flooring in the corridor and dining area.
e) PS-279: Design for the HC code compliant handrails for the school corridors and the bathrooms.
f) PS-278: Design for the new ACT in the gymnasium.
g) PS-312: Replacement of the courtyard & drainage system, including pavers, benches, trees, and structure due to severe susidence of the soil.
h) Edward R. Murrows HS: Design for new window-guards, along the exterior of the building.
Total construction cost $500,000.
