1. Chapel, Moyock, NC: Non-denominational chapel for a congregation of 400 persons, which is to expand to 800 in a second phase of the project. (at Arcadis)
2. Volunteer Fire-station, Charlotte, NC: Shell and interior design for a 5000sf fire-station to accommodate 3 full sized fire-trucks and a large fire-chief-van. The office admin section was 2 storeys with a meeting room on the 2nd floor. The building is a metal building with pre-fabricated steel structure that was pre-engineered by the manufacturer. Constr. Cost $750,000.
3. Forest Oaks Country Club renovation, NC: Renovation of a Golf country club, addition to the rear of a ceremonial stair and renovation of the front, side and rear of the building. Updating of the mechanical system. (at Arcadis)
4. Public Library, Todt Hill-Westerleigh, Staten Island, NY: Survey and design for upgrading of library for handicapped access, including (a) new 3 stop double ended hydraulic elevator and (b) alterations to public bathrooms. New elevator design required careful detailing under a fully occupied floor of offices and library space. Constr. Cost $ 305,000.
