Partial services

In addition to our full service, we offer Partial Services, which can be utilized as the commitment of the client allows. These services are particularly useful to our clients before the commissioning of full architectural services, when we can assist in developing a clear direction for the project. These services can be provided independently:

1. Programming and space planning:

The determination of the client's anticipated spatial needs and functional requirements.

2. Site & Zoning analysis:

Feasibility studies of alternative sites to assess suitability for the proposed use, and the development potential or restrictions of each site, including zoning analyses.

3. Building analysis:

The evaluation of the capability of existing buildings to be remodelled or expanded.

4. Scheduling:

The determination of the sequence of events and the overall time required for the design and construction of a project.

5. Budgeting:

The establishment of budget objectives for design fees, construction costs and other development expendi­ture.

6. Schematic design:

Sketch layouts of alternative solutions for new projects and renovations, including models.

7. Marketing and fund raising packages:

Production of three dimensional images, plans and other documentation for funding and investment use.

8. Urban Design & Site Planning:

Conceptual design for the development of large urban or rural sites, and smaller individual lots.

9. Interior Design:

The completion of the architectural design throughout the interior of the building.
