Ms. Ashley Hague LEED AP

Ms. Ashley Hague is a consultant for Global Sustainable Design, PLLC (GSD), an architectural, planning, and community design firm Charlotte, North Carolina. GSD focuses on helping clients design site-sensitive, sustainable projects and contributing in a positive way to the community and planet.

 

Ms. Hague began her career in Northern Virginia at a MasterBuilt, a design-build firm focused on retail and commercial design.  While at MasterBuilt, Ms. Hague worked as an architectural intern, estimator, construction administrator, and interior designer.  The main focus of her design experience is in restaurant design, commercial interiors, and space planning. While at MasterBuilt her design projects ranged from local projects to the west coast.  Her involvement in the construction portion was mainly focused to small local projects where she worked to acquire bids, prepare contracts, and work in construction administration.

 

For the past two years, Ms. Hague has worked as an architectural designer in the Charlotte, NC, office of ARCADIS, a multi-disciplinary firm providing services for the design of infrastructure, environment and facilities.  While at ARCADIS, she has completed the majority of her IDP requirement and obtained her LEED accreditation.  She was head of the Sustainability Committee in the office working to find greener solutions to everyday office activities and educated the staff on ways to live more sustainable in their own lives.  She continued to work in retail and commercial design while gaining experience in industrial and military work across the globe.
