Mr. John Janco is a senior architect having over 25 years of experience in the architectural profession. Mr. Janco is committed to providing clients with a successful project. “We share the act of building with all living things & it must address many different needs & levels. It is the job of an Architect to help a client determine how far & how deep these actions can be realized. Design & efficiency are both integral to a favorable outcome.”

Mr. Janco has built projects in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Dallas & Los Angeles, and has become familiar with the priorities of managing & communicating between clients, consultants and municipalities. He is skilled both technically & creatively and also understands that drawings must be easily read and understood, so that the project can be executed correctly.  Among the project that he has had significant roles in as project architect, designer, detailer & construction administrator are the a) Los Angeles Central Library Restoration & Addition, b) The Austrian Consulate Renovation & Addition in New York, c) The Wilma Theater in Philadelphia, d) The American Airlines Terminal at JFK International Airport and e) the Tsai Performing Arts Center at Boston University.

Recently, Mr. Janco held a project designer & manager position for Soffes Wood Architects and at JRS Architects. He has specialized in providing various retail bank build outs for both North Fork Bank & Capital One Bank in the NY-NJ-CT tri-state area. Each bank branch was designed as a unique, personable space to conduct business & reflected the success & vitality of their neighborhoods using site specific materials & artwork. From the affluent towns of West Islip, Long Island & Scarsdale in Westchester to the five boroughs of New York City where both density of building and people are as varied as their needs he succeeded in providing architectural services to support their clients business strategies, resulting in successful projects and satisfied, repeat clients.
