Our approach and method

To fulfill our client's needs for projects that are delivered:

• to a high design standard

we work with the client in a step by step decision making process.

First we analyze the program with the client, which is subsequently documented as an agreed statement of needs and budget. We then present for discussion different solutions as ways in which these needs can be met. We also generally work closely with a specialist estimator to help establish a firm budget. This is particularly important in the early stages of the design.

Once the design is refined and has been approved by the client we prepare the detailed construction documents for competitive bidding by contractors who have been carefully selected to suit the needs of the job. Our close attention to detail in observing the construction on site, ensures that the quality of workmanship is consistent throughout the project and that the schedule is met. We also offer a follow up service to all our clients to monitor the building's long term performance.
